PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As a full service contractor, B3 Contracting offers professional project management to get your tank project completed smoothly, on time and on budget.

We hold regular meetings throughout the process to evaluate ongoing needs and to mitigate any issue that may arise. We don't like surprises any more than our customers do, and by taking a proactive approach monitoring and evaluating progress we keep your project moving.

EXCAVATION

B3 Contracting uses their own full line of heavy equipment for tank projects plus a team of skilled heavy equipment operators. B3 Contracting equipment includes:

Kobelco 140 SRLC Excavator
IHI Mini Excavator
IHI CL35 Skid Steer

B3 Contracting is also available for residential and commercial excavation projects.

CONCRETE & GENERAL CONSTRUCTION

B3 Contracting crews are fully trained in tank construction as well as general construction processes. If your tank project requires additional concrete work or construction, B3 Contracting can handle the job.

INSPECTION & REPAIR

Upon completion of a tank project, our crew makes a thorough inspection of the tank and the tank project elements, including, piping, fencing, telemetry, electrical elements, etc.

We are also qualified to inspect existing tanks for leaks or other issues that may affect the integrity of the tank. We will implement warranty repairs on our tanks within the one-year warranty period.

If the tank is not erected by B3 Contracting, we will be happy to inspect and repair your existing tank. We will also work with you to make a thorough and fair assessment of the situation and advise you accordingly.
